Returns

I hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, I completely understand. I aim to keep the returns process as clear and friendly as possible.

30-Day Returns

You’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear
  • Returned with any original packaging where possible

Because each piece is handmade, I'm unable to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.

Return Postage

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked and insured service, as I can't be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, I'll let you know as soon as possible.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a 5 - 10 days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, simply get in touch via the contact page with your order number and a brief reason for the return. I'll reply with the next steps and return address.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you believe you've received the wrong product, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos where possible. I’ll always do my best to put things right.
